Delivery Policy
1. How long does it usually take to package and ship from time of
order?
We usually package and ship the order right away as it comes in.
90% of the time this is
“Same Day” order processing and shipping.
Otherwise, orders will ship “Next Business Day”. For large orders, out of
stock items or orders requiring special packaging, additional time may be
required.
2. What is the typical delivery time?

States Postal Service)

days depending on how far away the shipping address is located.

that are not listed with “Free Shipping” we add the shipping cost to the
order. Orders for books are u

products. For large orders we will use UPS
(United Parcel Service)
if the
shipping cost is less than USPS.
Upon request for expedited shipping, we
may opt to use FedEx.

Return
Policy
1.
What is there is a problem with my
product
?
We will gladly replace or
refund you the cost of the product and delivery if there is any defect with
the product. If the packaging arrives damaged or is suspicious looking, we
ask that you inspect the product and if damaged reject it upon arri
val with
the carrier and take a few pictures so we can make a claim with the carrier.
We will promptly replace the product for you and deal with the carrier
directly.
