She's also a former United States Marine Corps officer who was the first African-American female naval aviator in the Marine Corps and the first African American female combat pilot in the U.S. Armed Forces. Basically, she is incredible. We had a great conversation in Dallas ahead of our keynotes at Evanta and we had a blast. Can't wait for you guys to listen in.

But that leaves us dependent on other people, and creates situations where people end up waiting to be offered something.
