Leadership Facilitator.
Bring the Reality-Based Leadership philosophy to life inside your organization and equip your leaders with practical tools that reduce drama and increase accountability.
Throughout the day, you’ll dive into core Reality-Based Leadership principles—including the mantras and tools that help leaders eliminate workplace drama, build accountability, and create cultures where people perform at their best.
You’ll also experience something we’ve never done before: alive podcast recording, where attendees can participate in the conversation, ask questions, and be part of the episode as it’s recorded.
In the afternoon, we’ll explore the powerful new Call to Greatness framework from our CEO and author Alex Dorr. Just days after the release of his new book, How We Could (September 22), Alex will guide participants through the practical steps of the framework, with hands-on practice applying the tools that help individuals and teams unlock their potential.
Each attendee will receive asigned copy of Alex’s new book.
With attendance limited to approximately 150 leaders, The Summit is designed to be a highly engaging and high-impact experience in a beautiful Dallas venue.
Reality-Based Leadership Certification
This immersive two-day certification equips leaders to facilitate the Reality-Based Leadership philosophy and train others on the tools that improve results, engagement, and accountability.
Day 1
Learn the core principles and how to teach the principles of Reality-Based Leadership as an internal facilitator.
Day 2
Practice applying the tools to real workplace scenarios and build your implementation strategy.
You’ll also receivepre-certification preparation and ongoing post-certification support to help ensure successful implementation after the program.
